Produced from pure Quebranta grapes predominant taste like banana, strawberry, apple and almonds. With slight flavours traces of mango and dry fruits.
Del Parral Pisco Acholado
Produced from a blend of grape varieties. Fundo del Parral pisco Acholado is made from the blend of Non-Aromatic grape varieties Quebranta and Uvina grapes and Aromatic grape varieties Italia and Torontel. Predominant aroma and taste like blueberries, almonds and anise. Slight flavour traces of spices and dry fruit.
