We are a Sydney based beverage importer, aiming to provide the Australian market with the best of Peruvian Spirits, directly from our family distillery in Peru. Our first offering to the Australian market is the Peruvian national spirit, Pisco and we are proud to introduce our batch crafted Del Parral Pisco. Our Pisco Del Parral Pisco is produced at our family distillery bodega La Palma located in Lunahuana, Lima Perú.
Del Parral Pisco is batch crafted using the finest care, creating that quality product each and every time that surpasses current market offering when it comes to Pisco. Distillation occurs through a drip to drip method obtaining up to one litre every hour, in return delivering a premium Pisco on every harvest. Del Parral Pisco range includes Pisco made of exquisite grape varietals: Italia, Quebranta and Acholado (blend).
